This policy explains what TourGuyed collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored encrypted/hashed), and role.
• Identity documents you upload, used only to verify your identity.
• Tourguide profile details, photos and videos you choose to publish.
• Bookings, messages between tourists and tourguides, ratings and support tickets.
• Payout email (Wise) for tourguides.

How we use it

• To run bookings, payments, chat and notifications.
• To verify identities and keep the marketplace safe. TourGuyed staff may review messages to resolve complaints or investigate abuse.
• To show tourguide profiles and ratings to tourists.

What other users see

• Tourists see a tourguide's public profile, package, media and ratings.
• Tourguides see a tourist's name and a private relay email, never the tourist's real email.
• ID documents are never shown to other users. Only a "Verified" badge is shown.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email, payments) or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and documents by contacting support@tourguyed.com.
